Great view from the room and friendly staff always willing to help. The bed was comfortable and the room had a good size. The hotel is close to a number of restaurants and bars and it was easy to find transportation to different tourist attractions from there.

The soundproofing of the rooms is terrible, I could hear the noise from the hallway and the other rooms. , the breakfast was overpriced for the quality they offered and the coffee was definitely not worth it.

This hotel provides exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. From the spacious and elegant rooms to the exceptional Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. the Sun terrace combined breathtaking views with tranquillity and entertainment.

While there was little to complain about, the Snack bar lacked variety and needed to add more options to its menu. this minor setback did not compromise our overall experience and satisfaction with the hotel.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel rooms. The staff were welcoming and friendly, providing us with useful information about nearby supermarkets and shopping centers. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel facilities and transportation were convenient for our needs.

We were disappointed with the lack of options for shopping and dining within walking distance of the hotel; we had to rely on room service which was average at best. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and great view. the gym was well-equipped and the pool was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.

The service left much to be desired, with staff entering the room despite requests not to and failing to address an issue with the room's temperature control.
